Duties and Responsibilities

1. Execution of the Project on Professional Counseling for International Students’ Employment in Taiwan and budget management

2. Collaboration with industries to offer internship courses, lectures, job shadowing, or company visits, providing students with practical experience

3. Planning and conducting evaluations and site visits of internship venues for international students

4. Providing early career exploration, counseling services, and employment guidance in Taiwan starting from the admission stage of international students

5. Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for on-campus and post-graduation employment counseling for international students

6. Tracking the number and rate of international students employed after graduation

7. Establishing an international student alumni database or related platform to share recruitment information from enterprises

8. Arranging Chinese language courses for international students at the Chinese Language Center

9. Handling the selection, subsidies, and related matters for degree students participating in short-term study programs and semester exchanges at partner universities abroad (organized by the Office of R&D)

10. Data reporting to the Ministry of Education system (students studying abroad)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Implementation of the Higher Education Sprout Project – management of international mobility KPIs and budget allocation

2. Coordination with overseas partner universities regarding student internships, short-term study programs, and semester exchange initiatives

3. Planning and execution of activities for non-degree international students, including orientation events and research outcome presentations

4. Guidance and support for 3+2 dual-degree students, covering medical care, National Health Insurance, immigration procedures, work permit applications, scholarship applications, and general student services

5. Serving as advisor to the “World Youth Volunteer Club,” responsible for organizing regular training programs and managing related budgets

6. Administration of subsidies for English proficiency examinations

7. Management of applications and subsidies for overseas field-based teaching programs
