Responsibilities
1. Planning and Administration of Internship and Exchange Programs for Students from Overseas Partner Universities
(1)Coordination of internships, short-term study programs, and related matters for students from overseas partner universities
(2)Coordination of semester exchange programs for students from overseas partner universities
(3)Reception of one-day visiting delegations from overseas partner colleges and institutes of technology
(4)Planning and implementation of welcome events and internship program completion presentations for overseas non-degree students
(5)Administrative affairs for overseas short-term students participating in the TEEP and IIPP programs
2. Higher Education SPROUT Project-International Mobility-Project Implementation and Budget Management
(1)Application and subsidy administration for overseas off-site teaching programs
(2)Subsidies for NUU faculty members participating in faculty exchange programs at partner universities
(3)Subsidies for faculty, staff, and students participating in English proficiency tests
3. Career and Employment Guidance for International Students Seeking Employment in Taiwan
(1)Implementation and budget management of the Professional Career Guidance Program for International Students Seeking Employment in Taiwan
(2)Collaboration with industry partners to provide internship courses, lectures, job-shadowing opportunities, and company visits
(3)Provision of career exploration, consultation services, and employment guidance in Taiwan from the time international students enroll
(4)Maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for international student career and employment guidance
(5)Follow-up on the employment status of international graduates, including companies, salaries, and job vacancies
(6)Maintenance of the international alumni database/platform and sharing of corporate recruitment information
4. General Administrative Affairs
(1)Assignment and distribution of official documents for the International Affairs Division
(2)Advisor of the World Youth Volunteer Club, responsible for regular training and budget management
(3)Reporting information on international faculty members and non-degree students through the Ministry of Education’s information system
(4)Promotion of internationalization initiatives within the University
(5)Administration of Taiwan National University System international affairs working group activities and related matters, including the implementation, supervision, and reimbursement of on-campus international academic exchange activities (such as English camps, training programs, lectures, and workshops), as well as assistance with International Week activities to promote diverse interactions between local and international students

HUANG, YU-SYUAN
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and administer the Bilingual Education for Students in Higher Education (BEST) Program and the International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program), including KPI monitoring and budget management. 2. Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and final reports for the BEST Program and INTENSE Program. 3. Promote the development and implementation of English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) courses and maintain related performance indicators and reporting. 4. Coordinate student recruitment, admissions, student support services, and program administration for the INTENSE Program. 5. Promote international student recruitment, retention, and career development through the INTENSE Program. 6. Coordinate industry-academia collaboration, internship opportunities, and enterprise engagement activities related to the INTENSE Program. 7. Maintain and submit required data and reports to the Ministry of Education and relevant program offices. 8. Handle other administrative affairs as assigned.Contact Information
