Duties & Responsibilities
1. International Student Employment Support and Career Development in Taiwan. (1)Implement and manage the International Student Employment Support Professionalization Program, including budget planning and expenditure control. (2)Collaborate with industry partners to organize internship courses, career talks, job-shadowing opportunities, and company visits. (3)Provide career exploration, consultation services, and employment guidance for international students from enrollment through graduation. (4)Maintain and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for international student career and employment counseling. (5)Track international graduates' employment outcomes, including employers, job positions, salaries, and career development. (6)Maintain the international alumni database/platform and share employment and recruitment information with graduates. 2. Internship and Exchange Programs for Students from Overseas Partner Institutions (1)Coordinate and administer internship programs, short-term study programs, and related activities for students from overseas partner institutions. (2)Coordinate and administer semester exchange programs for students from overseas partner institutions. (3)Organize and host one-day exchange visits for overseas partner institutions and KOSEN delegation groups. (4)Plan and implement welcome events and program completion presentations for non-degree international students. (5)Handle administrative affairs related to TEEP (Taiwan Experience Education Program) and IIPP (International Internship Pilot Program) participants. 3. Higher Education Sprout Project – International Mobility (1)Coordinate the application and funding processes for overseas field-based teaching programs. (2)Provide funding support for faculty exchange programs with partner institutions. (3)Administer subsidies for faculty, staff, and students taking English proficiency examinations. (4)Manage project implementation and budget utilization related to international mobility initiatives. 4. Administrative Affairs (1)Process and coordinate official documents related to the International Affairs Division. (2)Serve as the advisor to the World Youth Volunteer Club, including volunteer training and budget management. (3)Maintain and submit Ministry of Education database records for international faculty members, international students, and non-degree students. (4)Promote internationalization initiatives and activities within the university. (5)Coordinate activities and related affairs under the National University System of Taiwan (NUST) International Affairs Working Group, including the implementation, supervision, and reimbursement of international academic exchange activities, English camps, workshops, seminars, and internationalization programs. Assist in organizing International Week activities to enhance interaction and cultural exchange between local and international students.Contact Information
