Duties and Responsibilities

1. Affairs related to overseas Chinese and international degree students (medical care and National Health Insurance, entry and exit procedures, work permit applications, scholarship application and reporting, and student counseling)

2. Management and utilization of subsidies from the Ministry of Education and the Overseas Community Affairs Council

3. Advisor to the “Overseas Student Association” and organizer of related activities

4. Compilation of administrative meeting materials for the International Affairs Division

5. Organization of the International Academic Exchange Committee

6. Data reporting to the Ministry of Education system (foreign degree student information)

7. Application and reporting of projects to strengthen cooperation and exchange with ASEAN and South Asian countries

8. Review and management of the International Affairs Division’s budget
