Duties & Responsibilities

1. Overseas Internship and Exchange Programs with Partner Institutions.

(1)Administer the selection process, funding, and related affairs for NUU students participating in short-term overseas study and internship programs.

(2)Administer the selection process, funding, and related affairs for NUU students participating in exchange programs at partner institutions.

2. Ministry of Education (MOE) Study Abroad Program

(1)Administer the MOE Study Abroad Program, including student selection, reimbursement procedures, and project completion reports.

(2)Organize information sessions and experience-sharing seminars on university subsidy programs.

3. Partnership Agreements with Sister Universities

(1)Coordinate and administer the signing of cooperation agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions.

4. International Conferences and Academic Exchange Activities

(1)Organize the Taiwan–Japan Bilateral Academic Symposium.

5. International Student Recruitment

(1)Handle recruitment for special international programs, international students, overseas Chinese students, and students from Mainland China.

(2)Participate in overseas and virtual education fairs.

6. Administrative Affairs

(1)Maintain and submit data related to outbound student mobility through Ministry of Education information systems.

(2)Compile and prepare materials for administrative meetings.
