Welcome to the International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program) at National United University!

This program integrates university-level professional education, industry-based practical training, and Chinese language learning resources. Through close collaboration between the university and partner companies, the program aims to help international students strengthen their professional knowledge, practical skills, and workplace competitiveness, while preparing them for future career development and employment opportunities in Taiwan.

During their studies, students may receive tuition support, living allowances, and other forms of academic assistance in accordance with relevant regulations. Students may also have opportunities to participate in internships with partner companies, allowing them to gain early exposure to Taiwan’s industrial environment and workplace culture. After graduation, students are required to work for a partner company in accordance with the regulations of the program.

Applicants are requested to complete this application form accurately and upload all required documents. The information provided will be used by National United University for eligibility review, departmental evaluation, interviews, admission decisions, and subsequent enrollment-related communication.

Language Proficiency Requirements

English-Taught Program

Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency at CEFR Level B1 or above. By the end of the second year after enrollment, students must pass the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) Level 2, equivalent to CEFR A2, with both listening and reading proficiency reaching CEFR Level A2 or above.

Chinese-Taught Program

Applicants must demonstrate Chinese proficiency at TOCFL Level 2, equivalent to CEFR A2, with both listening and reading proficiency reaching CEFR Level A2 or above. By the end of the second year after enrollment, students must pass TOCFL Level 3, equivalent to CEFR B1, with both listening and reading proficiency reaching CEFR Level B1 or above.
