為協助外籍人士在臺租屋，內政部提供「住宅租賃契約書範本」及 「住宅轉租契約書範本」之越南文、印尼文譯本及中文原文， 供有租屋需求的境外生下載參考使用。

Housing Rental and Sublease Contract Templates
Vietnamese and Indonesian Versions Available

The Ministry of the Interior has provided Vietnamese and Indonesian translations of its housing rental and sublease contract templates, together with the original Chinese versions, to help foreign residents renting accommodation in Taiwan.
