Duties & Responsibilities

1. International Student Affairs and Support

(1)Student affairs services for overseas Chinese and international degree students, including medical care for illness or injury, National Health Insurance, entry and exit regulations, work permit applications, financial aid, and daily-life support

(2)Student affairs services for dual-degree students, including medical care for illness or injury, National Health Insurance, entry and exit regulations, work permit applications, financial aid, and daily-life support

(3)Administration of subsidies provided by the Ministry of Education and the Overseas Community Affairs Council

(4)Advisor of the Overseas Chinese and International Student Association and organizer of related student activities

(5)Student support and administrative affairs for the International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program)

2. Ministry of Education Study Abroad Programs

(1)Administration of the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Programs, including application selection, reimbursement, and project completion

(2)Organization of information sessions on the University’s subsidy guidelines and experience-sharing sessions

3. General Administrative Affairs

(1)Reporting information on international degree students through the Ministry of Education’s information system

(2)Reporting information on students studying abroad through the Ministry of Education’s information system

(3)Compilation of materials for administrative meetings of the International Affairs Division

(4)Administration of the International Academic Exchange Committee

(5)Review and management of the International Affairs Division’s budget

(6)Collection, compilation, statistical analysis, reporting, and preparation of project outcomes for the Ministry of Education and the INTENSE Program Office
